McCoy Dining Table (2025)

Materials & Techniques: Walnut, Walnut Plywood, Quartzite.

The McCoy Dining Table was commissioned by a private client to sit in front of a custom built-in bench seating area in a corner of their kitchen. The table features an elegant mid-century modern inspired pedestal base design. The core idea in the lattice work of the base was pulled from a coatrack design I had previously created for the same clients. Due to the layout of the room, the built-in bench is longer on one side than the other. This necessitated the table be rectangular or odd shaped. These clients are quite adventurous in their design aesthetic and were willing to entertain an asymmetric base. The result was a fun back-and-forth design collaboration that resulted in this stunning piece!

The McCoy Dining Table represents the finest craftsmanship, heirloom quality, and forward thinking design of custom furniture made in Oklahoma City. No paint, stain, or dye was used in the creation of this piece. A clear coat finish was applied to preserve the natural wood tones and textures.

Dimensions: 61” wide, 55” deep, 30” tall
